These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of managed IT services from Rocket IT Solutions ("Rocket IT," "we," "us") through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
Rocket IT Solutions provides flat-rate managed IT services (network monitoring, security protection, help desk support, compliance tracking, and related IT support) at the Bronze, Silver, or Gold service level, as described on each plan's product page. We also offer free, no-obligation IT assessments and consultations.
2. Ordering, Pricing & Billing
Plans are priced per user or computer, per month. When you check out, the quantity you select represents the number of users or computers covered, and your total is calculated automatically (unit price × quantity).
Each completed order covers one month of service, beginning on your order date. Orders do not renew automatically. To continue service into the next month, you'll need to place a new order reflecting your current user or computer count. We may update plan pricing from time to time; the price shown at checkout is the price that applies to that order.
3. Cancellation
There is no long-term contract. If you do not place a new order for the next billing period, your service simply ends at the close of the period you already paid for — no cancellation request is required. If you'd like to cancel mid-period or have questions about your account, contact us using the information below.
See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
4. Free Assessments & Consultations
Free IT assessments and consultation calls are provided for informational purposes only. Nothing discussed during a free assessment creates a binding obligation on either party until a paid order is placed.
5. Your Responsibilities
To provide our services, we may need reasonable access to your network, devices, and systems, and accurate information about your environment. Delays or issues caused by inaccurate information or lack of access are outside our control.
6. Service Availability
We work to provide reliable, high-quality IT support, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Some issues may originate from third-party software, hardware, internet service providers, or other vendors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket IT Solutions' total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Any documentation, tools, or materials we provide as part of our services remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
